This attractive new single story house - has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is fully air-conditioned.
The other three bedrooms are two twin rooms and a queen size double, there is a separate bathroom for these rooms.
The family room is at the back of the villa and from here the patio doors open out to the screened pool area. The family room has a TV and there is plenty of comfortable seating in this room.
The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal a full range of crockery and utensils. The house also has a large washer and a dryer.
Towards the front of the villa there is a formal lounge and dining area.
